1. What did you do in 2004 that you'd never done before? turned sixteen, got my permit, became a junior, became secretary of the junior class, rode an atv at downes' upstate housee, got kicked out of a mall, and overcame my fear of roller coasters and went to six flags.. 4 times!

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year? i dont remember my resolution, if i even made one. i don't have any resolutions in mind for next year. just get good grades and get into a good college.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth? i dont think so

4. Did anyone close to you die? i didnt personally know these people but.. my old school secretary's husband died, my mom's bf's dad died, and two girls in school had family members die

What date from 2004 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? lots of dates which i dont exactly know but.. my first trip to six flags, the day i got my permit, the night me and downes got totally wastedd (haha we wish), the day i anonymously handed in "meditation music" to my religion teacher and i put the instrumental to tipsy on it lmao, the day i got busted for sending an emial to not gerke saying "die bitch" with my name on it (shut up), andd the first day of school cause me and tena were really excited to be going to the same school together =)

no updatation for a while. so heree..

tomorrow is the last day of school before break! major hottness. this is a much needed break, man. i hate chem. my average is ok but i just failed my last test and what we have to do over break is just crazy. i vow to be productive though. not sleep till 12 every day. not sit home and do nothing. im gunna get my work done and then enjoy christmas so im not doing that damn history packet at the dinner table on christmas. we're having a bunch of people over for christmas eve to play cards which means only one thing.. kate is getting wasteddd. haha with tena.. so cool right? haha yea no.. maybe we'll have more pics like a previous one i've shown. im home by myself now.. with the dog. shes being a bitch lately.. haha ironic right (bitch = female dog) all she does is bite at you. she had a hold on the area of my hand under the thumb for a good 10 seconds. hurt like a mother and it's all red now. sorry gotta go do hw now before i fall asleep.

well today i got my puppy!! when we got there the girls were just too cute to resist so we paid the xtra two hundred for her. then we went and got all puppy stuff at petco and everyone in the store was like "awww look how cute" and i was like yea i know i am.. haha no. me and my dad kept thinking of names. they were funny but haha not really. so we were like whatever mommy can name it. sooo we brought her home and i walked in and my mom was talking to me from the other room and she came down the hall and just stopped dead in her tracks and started to cry lol. i was so relieved cause i had no idea how she was gunna react. she named her abby cause she always wanted a daughter named abby (it was a possible name for me) i like the name its cute for her. ok so ur probably wondering what she looks like right...

wow people really need to chill. i must have been asked by 10 different people today if i was going to the bc/bosco game. it really isn't that big of a deal that im not going. i mean im sorry if "everyone is gunna be there". it will be everyone but me. but whatever im too excited about tomorrow to worry about it. the elman's will be official owners of a dog! haha i've waited so long for this you dont understand. now when we have little ice breakers in school or something i can say i own a pet! haha but keep it on the down low cause my mom doesnt know (surprise b-day gift) i know, im such an awesome daughter. any name suggestions? its gunna be a boy. my own pride and joy =) i'll post some pics dont you fret.

so while everyone is at the gay game that no one will even be talking about in a week, i will be purchasing our christmas tree! well, im not so sure now cause the trainer at iha just called and said tena got hurt at practice. so yea those plans might be changed. but whatever im glad im not going to the game.

thanksgiving- a time of family, good eatings, and good times. not this year. ha. it started off normal. me tena and paul watched football in the living room while my mom cooked. she would randomly come in and sit down with us when she took a break. we had our little appetizers: shrimp, cheese & pepperoni w/ crackers, carrots and celery, and this spinach dip which im not a big fan of. then a few moments later, while we were digesting, smoke began to fill the air. it was coming from the oven. our eyes began to tear and mine actually burned. my mom said it would clear out in a little bit. so we just kept watching football and occasionally we'd go to the door to get some air before we suffocated. we opened all the windows but that didn't help. when we went outside we saw gusts of smoke just billowing out of the windows. we thought for sure someone would see and call the cops. i joked that we'd end up going to a chinese place for dinner like they did in the christmas story (the all time best christmas movie ever) so anyway, as time went on, my mom kept basting the turkey and even more smoke began to form. at this point you could barely see anything in front of you. i could have sworn the dining room was gone. later on my mom began to get worried so she opened the oven and sure enough there was a fire. me and tena freaked out a little and stood behind the wall going into the kitchen. paul put some oven mitts on and took the turkey out which was untouched. as he carried it over to the table, tons of grease was leaking out of the pan. we thought nothing of it. as paul examined the fire he exclaimed, "it's a grease fire, it's a grease fire". he asked my mom what you were supposed to do for a grease fire but she didnt no so she ran and did a search on google. it said that in any case of a kitchen fire, evacuate the house and call 911. i thought that was funny. paul said we didnt need to call anyone, and he was right. he took a wet towel and tried to smother the fire and it burst into bigger flames for a minute and then it died down. after we all calmed down, i used my brains and evaluated the situation. i thought to myself, "hmm if there was grease pouring out of the pan and into the oven, i wonder if that's why it lit on fire". and sure enough i was right. the grease that leaked out of the pan caught on fire on the bottom of the oven. after my intelligent conclusions, we knew what was gunna happen- thanksgiving dinner at the diner. even though the turkey was perfectly fine, it was only about 3/4 done cooking so we obviously couldn't eat it so the diner was the next best thing. we laughed about it the whole time. it was fun. now i know what ur thinking. did you order turkey at the diner? no my friends, i went for pancakes and bacon. tena had tuna fish. paul had eggs benedict. and my mom got the turkey dinner. we felt bad (me paul and tena) it looked horrible. she took two bites and didnt eat any of her side orders. but then we laughed. it was great. oh yea did i mention i was the only one dressed up. yea i had gotten dressed about mid morning while tena was wearing her pajamas, paul had jeans and an old sweatshirt and my mom was wearing sweatpants and a shirt. i thought i looked pretty hot dressed up and of course to go with it (actually they didn't), my hot new pumas (see below entry). so that was basically the excitement. then my dad diane and my nana came over for dessert and me and tena were bored out of our minds so we stayed in our room and played nintendo. this is what it looked like..

then survivor came on and we watched it in the living room. diane totally hates survivor cause shes an ass.. "ohh i could never watch this hehe" as she made fun of us. i'm like listen bitch at least i dont obsesses over some gay teenage singers who think they can make it in the world as popstars (coughamericanidol) god i hate her. so i knew that if we watched it that they would leave and sure enough they did. god having to kiss her could be one of the worst things i have to do. then we enjoyed the rest of survivor to end the wonderful day. and the end.

well steff ended up not feeling well friday night so we didn't go to the hills game. it got cancelled anyway due to precipitation. soo i kinda just chilled and had dinner with my mom. then yesterday downes came over and we went to the volleyball game at willy p for the state championship! it wasn't a good game at all. iha lost =( yea kinda sucked. me and tena made a poster and then it fell in the mud after haha it was kinda funny. it was also funny seing mr. herold driving sr. ellen around in the beamer haha so great. then me downes and tena just hung out in my room trying to avoid the fumes from the dining room, which is currently being painted. we finally got rid of that horrid purpleness on the walls and are going for a more.. better look. haha at one point tena was laying on the floor and she called my name while she was picking a wedgie lol and downes turned around as tena was in mid-pick and she goes "you caught me at a bad time" haha it was hilarious. so random i know but thats just how it is in my family lol then i went to the fireplace with my dad and behemoth before we had to babysit. it was pretty packed and we sat at the only empty table on the side. we realized why it wasn't taken.. cause there was heat like you wouldn't believe blowing out from under the bench. i was basically sweating the whole time haha it was kinda funny cause diane was getting to pissed off and i was acting like it didnt bother me haha. i love making her life hell even though i dont.. i try. so then we went to babysit. we watched some tv at first then me tena and jake went downstairs and played basketball. it was me and tena vs. jake haha then at one point we just started chucking all these balls at each other. there must have been 20 balls all over the floor. then i spotted DDR on the floor by the tv and my eyes began to glow. i told myself id play after they went to bed. soo then we went upstairs and watched more tv. melissa was like laying all over me lol and she kept farting but it was silent and me and tena kept laughing at how gross it was. ohh yea at one point one of their cats kept scratching my hand cause he thought i had something and i have this like little minute scratch and it hurts. damn cats. then jake wouldn't go to bed when we put them up there so we let him stay and watch tv with us. he ended up falling asleep soon after and i carried him up. ok no one cares blah blah. then i had softball this morning. we lost both games. and it was the last week so its all over. i might be able to play in the summer but im not sure so we'll see. sometimes i really regret trying out freshman year. but hopefully tena can live my dream lol. i have my frist confirmation class tonight.. hopefully its fun or ill fall asleep. that's all.
